We use it to monitor project progress & steer meetings.
  • Sets out tasks to right people.
  • Keeps timelines on track.
  • Allows for monitoring of projects.
  • UI for setting up subtasks.
  • Setting up time away working on other projects or holiday.
  • Seems to allow us to keep track of project objectives well.
  • Avoids doing unnecessary tasks.
It is simple to use, unsure on how hard to set up as this was not my job.
Yes it is good to share this while in meetings over Webex.

Miro is good to keep general track of what each member of a project is working on. Getting too bogged down into details may take more time than it is worth.
