Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My use of Miro has been to organize thoughts and ideas. I created a mind map of over 500 projects agency-wide to demonstrate the magnitude of our work efforts. Linking duplicative work efforts and exposing the burden we've put on our staff. It has morphed into a centralized project database that will assist with decision-making and visualizing demand management. Miro's interactive platform allows us to bring people together from all parts of the agency to collaborate and problem-solve. I love it!

  • Share thoughts at your own pace.
  • Capture work for future efforts.
  • Upgrade the export function for the free accounts.
  • Miro has made virtual teams more productive - by decreasing the time to transcribe ideas from paper to digital.
Take your time and explore the features, don't expect everyone to embrace it at once. Provide ample opportunities to learn about it. Take the tutorials Miro has developed.
It is fairly easy, but requires constant interaction to maintain proficiency.
Miro's whiteboard makes collaboration across time zones easier because team members can access it at their best time as well as during team meetings. This allows for the creative process to always be captured at the peak of creativity.

A great tool as a whiteboard to capture ideas, and then make sense of those ideas. Love the ability to create a storyboard and show the journey of elaboration toward solutions.
