Miro is the best (and only) option out there!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We started using Miro when the pandemic started, and remote work became our new reality. Since then, we have returned to the office in a hybrid setting, but Miro still remains an essential part of accomplishing our day-to-day work. We use it for team retrospectives when part of our team is working remotely; it makes collaborating in real-time so simple. We use Miro to map our current and future customer flows because editing and moving information around is so simple, even doing this asynchronously. Probably my favorite part of Miro is how simple workshopping is. Working at a global company with colleagues across multiple countries, collaboration can seem tricky at times. But when we use Miro for our brainstorming workshops, it feels like we're all together. I have not worked with software that even comes close to Miro; I think every company needs to be leveraging the Miro magic.
Pros
- Collaboration
- Simplicity
- Brainstorming
Cons
- Navigation
- Improved collaboration.
- Support hybrid working.
We have around 2,000 employees in our product and tech organization spread across five countries, with multiple offices in some of them. That means if we need to collaborate on basically anything, we are using Miro. Whether the information needs to be added in real-time or asynchronously, Miro is great for that.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
I don't really think there's a product that comes close to competing with what Miro has to offer. Between the stability, feature set, and small useful updates, Miro really stands out above anything I have worked with.
