Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Used for planning future work and road maps, brainstorming solutions to problems, creating initial architecture diagrams for technical solutions, and even for sprint retrospectives. Particularly useful for interactive sessions when most people involved are working remotely to replace whiteboard sessions.
Pros
- Interactive collaboration
- Diverse toolset
- Ease of use
Cons
- Performance
- Memory use on device
- Can be difficult to find boards without favouriting them
- Easy to get a project running with interactive collaboration and planning
- Helps with remote teams
- Good to see planning details in central place
Has made interactive remote collaboration much easier - geared towards remotely working together in real time, without having to share screens etc. Also can work well with blended teams with some remote and some in person.
