Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use different miro boards to manage the activities of the area.
  • Currently I have a board to keep the order of the pending activities in the different phases of value of the department.
  • Use a Roadmap template where we can track the assignments planned to execute in the next 3 months.
  • I am building a dashboard, where we want to prioritize future activities using the funnel diagram and the impact vs. effort matrix.
  • Previously I have used "Team Canvas" templates, to design our goals, common purpose and meet our team.

As I mentioned earlier, Miro needs to improve the ability to integrate with corporate tools like office suite. In corporate environments tools requires support from the provider and easy integration with the basic applications. An example of this is being able to use an addon for Outlook or another Microsoft application that allows you to send invitations directly from it or to it.
Currently our team works remotely from different locations or countries. As "remote workers" we take advantage of the goodness of being able to access the board, collaborate, build boards, modify boards at the same time, being able to see the changes that other users make in real time. We are taking advantage of the planning and roadmap templates.

It is intuitive to use and you can learn effortlessly from root to expert. There are plenty of templates you can use that make it easy to build any chart.

When using the different boards to manage the activities of the area it is possible that miro is seen as an additional artifact and not as a support. Adapting to the use of miro can be a challenge when companies have tools integrated with products already purchased.
