Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to collaborate with remote employees for project plans and conversations on shared ideas. Remote communal whiteboard basically.
  • Easy to diagram ideas
  • Easy to convey a visual representation of work flows
  • reliable large group collaboration tool
  • Paste of Rich text from other tools is not very good
  • Export to PDF doesn't export in a manor that is useful from what I've seen
  • the Miroverse is getting better but it is not as good as MURAL's repository of options for Agile ceremonies
  • Increased collaboration with globally located teams
  • Can't comment on the other suggestions above as we don't measure miro impact but I can say it's very widely used in our company for sharing information
Nope. But our corporate policy denies pasting images to miro boards that even the owner can not paste to. VERY annoying.
It's the tool of choice for collaboration.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I thought MURAL was easier to use. Easier to create engaging boards and new users did not have trouble getting used to it. New users often start moving things around. While some areas are locked, it often make it "too locked" for the manipulation needed for the work being added.
Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM), Microsoft Teams, Rally Software
It works fine. My previous company used MURAL (a competitive tool) and I would give it a 9 and Miro an 8. It was just more usable and like I said in the previous comment, they had great templates that were more diverse and more usable than the Miro templates in the Miroverse.
