Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use this as a white board, a process workflow designer, and a presentation tool.

  • Much faster workflow generation
  • Easy exports save time
  • Great for presenting/saves time converting for slideshows
For the most part I can go in and figure out what I need to do without looking it up/getting lost/frustrated etc.
It's a clean interface and everything you would expect to see is there where you would expect to find it.
Compared to Signavio and Visio, this is a much better interface.
It helps that we can share boards. I am less than satisficed that it's "all or nothing" with upgrading however. I have the need for a paid membership as the primary author, my coworkers do not need this. However, we can't upgrade to a paid account for select users, so it's everyone or no one. In this case, it's impactful.

Just better and faster UI. Simply easier to use.
It worked great as a whiteboarding and workflow management tool. It is much faster and better than Visio or Signavio for quick and dirty workflow.
We tried using it like a calendar/timeline tool, but that wasn't the best - it was more likely our volume and complexity that was the issue, and not the tool itself.But, it is not really designed to do this task anyway.
