Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Day-to-day virtual and in-person collaboration and workshops. Often Miro is used across the business at the start of a project to bring people together in a nonhierarchical space where every voice and opinion is heard. We often use the plethora of templates to kick off discussions and break down barriers the new virtual workplace can sometimes give.

- The team's plug-in was a little buggy when moving from a preset size of the frame to a custom.

- Positive impact on virtual collaboration.
- Not all users can easily edit a board - it would be good to have guest access to add elements in meetings even if they don't have a full Miro account.
Id agree that Miro has helped unite teams that work across continents.

Teams whiteboard - the keyboard shortcuts and trackpad behavior isnt as intuitive as Miro Figjam - not as easily collaborative as Miro - only the Figjam owner can edit the board when the Figjam isnt in session.
