Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro extensively for communication and coordination during the discovery phase of an initiative. It is a powerful tool that helps visualize what our current journeys look like and where we have gaps. It becomes easier to modify the existing flow and get feedback from internal partners and stakeholders. Within Miro, we can collaborate with multiple teams and put multiple ideas on the board for discussion. Miro makes workshops and process walkthroughs super easy.
  • Helps with the mapping of existing customer journeys.
  • Can do brainstorming workshops.
  • Can create process walkthrough for onboarding.
  • Roadmapping, Miro doesn't have the best templates when it comes to creating roadmaps.
  • Storymapping in Miro could be improved. It gets very complex when you want to add multiple screenshots to your storyboard.
  • Ability to create weekly status reports.
  • Reduced the number of meetings.
  • Saves time to create onboarding flows.
  • Improved project quality and communication.
Integration with Jira is not as smooth and seamless as one would expect.
Yes, Miro made the remote work transition fairly smooth. It is also a great tool for when we want to interview candidates as it lets us see how they approach a problem. Also, for the case study exercises it's always wonderful to see someone create a journey map or storyboard in Miro for easier explanation.

Miro is a powerful tool to use during the discovery phase. You can create existing customer journeys and process maps that help you visualize the gaps. Miro makes Collaboration and communication a breeze as we can create structured brainstorming workshops and detailed product walkthroughs. Since it is all visual and neatly structured in templates, getting feedback becomes easier and quicker.
