Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro in a way to help my clients visualize their email marketing strategy. I map out different flows and processes based on the type of customer and the products they use. Miro has allowed me to easily present my strategy to my clients and help them visualize the benefits to the strategy.
For example, one of my clients sells 3 different products. I create a flowchart for each product that tells the journey the customer goes through to improve conversion.

Miro has made my work much easier and efficient. I work with several clients and they love when I open Miro to present my strategy or recommendations. The feedback i've gotten from my clients is that they love how interactive and visual my presentations are - they can better understand their strategy and end goals. They also like how everything is live. When I map out a strategy for them, we can change it live while i'm presenting.
