Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We leverage Miro as a collaboration tool that enhances our workflow, visibility and problem-solving capabilities. Primarily, we use Miro for brainstorming sessions and OKR planning. The product effectively addresses ability to collab in real-time, and streamlining communication across departments. Our use case spans from project management to thinking workshops, allowing us to foster creativity, improve decision-making, and accelerate project delivery.

  • Presentation mode.
  • Shapes (Example - Ability to create graphs or cycles).
  • Reduction in meetings to discuss project items.

  • Ability to ask questions for future states or items to consider in real-time.

Miro has played a massive role in breaking down communication barriers, fostering collaboration, and driving efficiency in our organization's project workflows and problem-solving. It has empowered us to collaborate with no concern for physical constraints. Enhanced creativity and innovation via the ability to also view peer additions and communicate on the board.
Miro is more intuitive in overall UI. Additionally, the templates to give directional/concepts are advanced.

The ability to communicate and collaborate on an endless board in real-time is the best case for usage as opposed to alternative async methods or meetings, which still need note-taking or summaries. Adding notes to items on the board has assisted in discussion preparation. This is seamless and allows joining the convo to review current standings at any point.
