Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have used Miro in numerous companies over the years and have always found the product to be fantastic. Finding a white-boarding software which is easy to use by all of our business has become paramount in the last few years where working from home has become more prevalent and we have embraced MIRO as the tool of choice for whiteboarding and sketching out ideas. I have tried many other options and always revert back to MIRO due to its simplicity yet powerful features set.
  • Auto scaling of font sizes makes it easy to read while zooming in and out
  • Use of icons really helps speed up the creation of professional level process flows
  • Excellent set of good looking templates to use
  • Very easy to navigate around the interface help speed up use
  • I would like to see the ability to go more that 1 board deep allowing for processes to sit on other boards while having an overview on the top board. See Heptabase as a rudimentary example of this.
  • Improved process visualisation
  • Visual organisational charts for my Product and Development department
I have integrated MIRO with several tools such as Jira and Google both of which were easy.
We are an organisation that is 100% working from home and MIRO has made a massive impact in bring users together to visual represent and record their workshops and processes.

I use MIRO every day and my team use it regularly to not only map processes but to check existing information we store in MIRO

Miro It is the best of the whiteboard tool I have used closely followed by Figma.

Miro is used by our organisation to map out processes and brainstorm during workshops and meetings. It was also started to become used to house these process for the wider business to view.
I would like to see more of my business use the tool as the goto for sketching out ideas visually instead of having wordy conversations.
