Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a virtual whiteboard across all projects. It is used for collaborative thinking, workshops, storing product knowledge and planning for future state experiences. Its a tool constantly used for collaboration across fully remote teams and with clients as well for an engaging, interactive experience. It serves as a hub on almost all projects.
  • Live collaboration
  • Agile workflow development and management
  • Graphically and visually presenting information easily
  • Detailed project planning flows and task-based interactions
  • Password management - its very hard to recall / view a board password so we often end up just changing it
  • Increased collaboration across deliverables, fewer silos in work
  • More working time with clients directly in a low pressure way
  • Increased knowledge sharing across our organization
I like how willing Miro is to integrate, but there is key functionality missing in terms of integrations/
We moved from a geo-based office model to fully remote. A lot of time was previously spent working on whiteboards in team rooms but now we can replicate that across an even wider talent pool and can share real time without requiring physical presence
Mural and Miro seem extremely similar. I'm not as familiar with Mural but love all the tools in Miro for conducting actual sessions (timers, voting, etc.). FigJam is terrible - no comparison there.
