Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps us brainstorm for new projects and execute our goals.
  • Brainstorming
  • Collaboration
  • Mindmaps
  • I'd like to see some better timeline options or ways to automate counting down or backwards when trying to plan timelines for projects ( easier to use visual calendars, etc.)
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved communication
Miro has greatly helped collaboration on new projects since our company has people spanning across all 4 time zones in North America for most projects my team works on. We also have global colleagues across virtually all continents - so if I needed to bring in those folks to brainstorm it would be very helpful - so far I've only used it to cover people across NA. It has helped us mind-map our problems and brainstorm solutions and new processes as well as help us get projects off the ground by figuring out what content to start with and how to initiate liftoff.

We constantly use the sticky notes features and then start to organize things into tables and mindmaps across many functional groups for new initiatives.
I like Miro specifically for its brainstorming and whiteboard uses. I still use Asana and Planner for planning out timelines or assigning specific tasks.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Group brainstorming it has been very useful to see group ideas and then organize them in a shared virtual space.
It is also helpful for mapping out processes to help others on the team visualize a new process.
It has also been helpful to track team progress towards goals and to document where we are stuck and if we have any additional to-dos that we are getting hung-up on.
