Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro in discovery phases of projects. I often use Miro when I need to storyboard, create process flows, capture big themes and goals, align on product roadmap, etc.. It's a helpful tool for 'whiteboarding' remotely and creating a space that fosters collaboration with providing easy to use templates.
- I love the different templates that are available; I often use the product roadmapping ones. It saves a lot of time already having the stucture in place and then just dropping in the relevant information and adjusting based on the product.
- Cross collaboration - it's helpful when more than 1 person can be in there at the same time also updating the boards to provide async updates.
- A way to duplicate cards but the updates stay async if they are in more than 1 place.
- Improved productivity -- increases speed of getting things done
- Increased collaboration -- more than 1 person can be in there at the same time making updates on same board
- More visibility -- allows clients to go directly in there and add comments, keep the boards updated, and share more broadly
It has helped immensely. It's helped accelerate ideation sessions, design sessions, product roadmapping sessions, H1 & H2 planning sessions, etc.
