Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is currently being used throughout Human Resources to help keep a steady flow of information on projects. It's given us the benefit of knowing at a glance what the current status is with each project, if there are any roadblocks that need to be addressed, and is also being used as a way to track compliance regarding our review process.

Perhaps a daily email digest rather than individual updates may be preffered (may already be in there and I haven't noticed it)

Usability

I've personally had no problems getting used to using [monday.com]. As adoption of it has taken hold, it has made it much easier to keep track of everything going on. I'm particularly fond of the ability to add a custom status as our projects must go through several different reviews before they get launched.

Support Rating

I’d give them a 7. I have only used them once, however, they were very helpful and responded quickly.

Reliability & Availability

Never seen a problem with [monday.com's] reliability and have usually been pleasantly surprised when I see any of the regular updates.

Likelihood to Recommend

It has worked very well for our team that is spread out over several states and has kept the "where are you with this project" emails down to a minimum. We're often partnering with each other on the same project and need to keep each other up to date so that work isn't duplicated. Monday has helped tremendously with this.
