I think [monday.com is] an easy tool to use, especially if you have experience in excel, google sheets or similar

I've never actually used the customer support. I usually find the answer to any of my questions in the learning center or by a general google search. But it's good to know they are there.

So far I've found Monday.com super helpful in almost all use cases I've attempted. I love that it has an excel/spreadsheet like foundation, but a more intuitive way of automating how data moves around to keep things organized and segmented as desired.

The biggest down side is that if you're with an agency and work with people outside your organization it can sometimes be hard for someone who's never used it to integrate quickly
