Monday.com is used across the whole organization as the new online system for work, exchanging information and process control. The problem solved was the lack of a structure that works connecting all company areas. It's been a journey of discovery for me and the whole company. It's excelling all the expectations and allowing us to build strong [and] connected with easy access to all information needed across the whole company. We are using monday.com for our clients to follow their projects and interact with the attendant team. It's been a pleasure to know more and more about monday.com. It's really an incredible tool for everyone. I want to use [it in my] personal life's agenda as well!

Before all, monday.com is an intuitive tool. Everything is well signaled, and colored. All the tools available are easy to deal [with] and just one click [away] from using it properly. Monday.com has an easy way to allow improvement in boards without interrupting the workflow of your team. The easy-to-use interface is the strongest point of monday.com.
Particularly, until now, we haven't needed any customer support for monday.com. Only a few questions. For sure is a quick responding tool and all doubts has been concluded. So I do not have the best use of this kind to evaluate here. Monday.com is committed to delivering the best costumer experience, so I can imagine that will always be very nice and quick.
It's been an incredible, awesome and problem solving experience. For sure we had the luck of implementing monday.com half a year before this COVID pandemic. Otherwise, the company would not be able to migrate in these "virtual work times". Monday.com was a savior in a manner of speak[ing] and I'm glad to be the one that received the job to implement it. It's been a really incredible experience, because I've never used this kind of software before.

Monday.com does not have a less appropriate scenario. It's a flexible tool that fits in any company, with any size and any type of work done. But, if I may say, monday.com is well suited for companies that need an extensive exchange of information, job agenda and mass integration. As well, if you need to supply the client's need of follow up for their project. Transparency is a word that fits well as monday.com's strength dealing with clients.
