Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Positive impact: people use it as a task tracking tool - which is the primary purpose. So that's a success.
We use it across the organization as the main task management tool. It helps coordination, project planning and execution.
- Reminders and automations.
- Flexibility on board creation.
- Different level of access depending on roles.
- The automations are fairly constrained - the basic functional logic seems to be there, it's not available to users yet.
- Integration with email - the 'pulses' are not optimal.
We had had no runtime/availability issues with monday.com, which is great. Given that we don't use it for real-time communication, a downtime of 2 hrs or less shouldn't have a material business impact.
