We have implemented it across all the departments and it has automated a lot of work without being missed. It's easy to use and [there is] less training required to get new staff familiar with the app. It made all our processes robust and efficient. Performance evaluations were the biggest issue that also got resolved and it [provides] users with reminders to not forget important work even working on urgent tasks.
