Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is used regularly by many teams across our organization. Currently, in our department, we use it as a project management tool (to keep track of multiple workstreams simultaneously). It helps team leads have both a macro view of the whole project, and team members have a micro view of all the different tasks and jobs to be done. Furthermore, you can easily estimate delays thanks to dependencies between tasks. It also helps teams prioritize and have visibility of the evolution of the project. Finally, the "Done" animation is among the most satisfying experiences—it never gets old.

- Helps people understand what needs to be done every week and how long it should take them
- Connecting boards and making them update automatically as minor tasks are completed.
- After duplicating a board, when you want to change the name, you can't simply drag to the left (as this will just move the whole board).
- Gantt graphics are a little difficult to view sometimes.
- Exporting Gantt and Kanban graphs to show progress to clients in a different format (e.g., Keynote) isn't available yet.
- Easier setup for duplicated streams.
- Auto generated Gantts and Kanban.
