Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com as a project management tool. As a Project Manager myself, it is a software that helps me keep track of the many projects going on at the agency, especially considering that we have many projects going on at a time. I am responsible from the onboarding of a project until it's completion and delivery, which means that I have to manage every step of the way. With monday.com I have a great flexibility where I am able to create boards for the bigger projects that have more phases, or create tasks and subtasks for the smaller/more objective projects on my main board of projects. My favorite gadget are the labels, which I use to define project status and its priority.
- Task Management
- Project Management
- Data visualization
- Tailored to the needs
- Personalization
- UX/UI
- Different ways to set dates/deadlines
- Different views such as Gantt
- Automation between tables/tasks could be better
- Subtasks are not included in Kanban views
- Gantt view can be improved
- Saves time
- Centers all information in one place
- All team members are up to date with projects
- Employees feel good about an organized workdspace
- Workloads are visible
- Better overview of projects pipeline
monday.com offers many features to make the life of a Project Manager easier. The impact that this has on my work is that I get to view all the information in one place, view the tasks at hand, projects pipelines, due dates, etc. With an organized management, the work flows better, deadlines can be upheld and we stress out a little less.
