Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com as a project management tool. As a Project Manager myself, it is a software that helps me keep track of the many projects going on at the agency, especially considering that we have many projects going on at a time. I am responsible from the onboarding of a project until it's completion and delivery, which means that I have to manage every step of the way. With monday.com I have a great flexibility where I am able to create boards for the bigger projects that have more phases, or create tasks and subtasks for the smaller/more objective projects on my main board of projects. My favorite gadget are the labels, which I use to define project status and its priority.

I think monday.com's usability is very good but not very intuitive. I still have trouble using automations and special features that I'm sure would make my day job even easier and increase workflow. For those who are not digital-savy, I believe it might be a little confusing at first. I would love to have a workshop to improve my usage of the software, instead of just tutorial videos. It is, after all a complex platform with many features.
I don't recall ever having to contact support, which means that I've never had problems with the platform. I had doubts when choosing a plan, so I visited their website and found my answers there, no need to contact customer support.
monday.com offers many features to make the life of a Project Manager easier. The impact that this has on my work is that I get to view all the information in one place, view the tasks at hand, projects pipelines, due dates, etc. With an organized management, the work flows better, deadlines can be upheld and we stress out a little less.

monday.com is well suited to manage projects when you have a team. The tools are very useful, as well as the personalization. It allows every team member to enter and either see the status on projects and/or tasks, as well as update them. For an independent worker, I believe it is less appropriate, but could still be useful do manage one's own projects. Finally, I would say is more suited to project management rather than task management (even though they are connected).
