Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to manage our jobs and the daily processes which occur. The timeline is helpful to keep track of our ongoing and upcoming projects. We have used it for a while just to track certain things, but have now incorporated using it from start to finish. It's been so helpful and the communication with other team members makes a huge difference in the success of our project.
  • Track open and upcoming jobs
  • Notify other team members of their responsibilities and due dates
  • Search for other jobs with similar items or same customer
  • Sometimes the use is more for people with coding experience not everyday office personnel
  • Setting up automations need a bit more explanation at times, I often have to reach out to the help center.
  • When labeling things, each column has it's own labels. It'd be nice to have the ones already created show up to be reused, not recreated.
  • It saves lots of time when communicating in one place for multiple jobs
  • Very easy to track the progress and steps of a job
  • It's fairly easy to use for our employees
  • It would be so much more helpful if the documents stored would open instead of having to be downloaded each and every time
Overall monday.com is easy to use however when using automations I feel there should be some tutorials that make it much easier. I have had to get in chats with help and some are helpful, some are not. It shouldn't be that difficult. The automation features work well, however it would be great to save a custom one when it's created to it can be used in other boards. Creating it over and over is time consuming.
The customer support has been quick and typically efficient. Once in a while you get someone who doesn't understand what I'm trying to do. It would be great to have one person who was familiar with your business practices but I understand that could be difficult. Maybe a paid feature?
For the things we do with monday.com it is very helpful. We are able to communicate between each other and notify others when timelines are due. We can keep everything in one electronic location instead of a hard file in the office where others in the field can't reach it.

I feel that monday.com is great for tracking things like steps on a job. t is also great for communicating with team members for a project and having threads where everyone can see the details or a specific job. I find it difficult to use when trying to track payroll type things. It's also difficult that you have to download each document before you can open it fully. Takes too much time for large jobs.

monday.com & Collaboration

We track our jobs and projects on monday.com. All team members can see the progress, and the steps needed to still be done. The communication is all in one spot which makes it so easy to track and find information.

I think the project management in Monday.com is wonderful. It's so easy to use. It's easy to make change and udpates when things change on projects.

It has helped us organize our daily business steps and made us more productive. It's easy to use for our employees therefore they use it on a daily basis. It's wonderful to have all the details of a job or potential job in one place instead of different folders here and there and all employees can access them.

I'm not sure - but we have support by chatting or calling. It's very helpful.
One customer service rep sent me a video with detailed explanations on how to do the step I was having issues with. It was extremely helpful.
