Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We have several boards to manage different tasks and projects. My main boards are the one I use myself to manage my own tasks and day to day work and workflow And a board we use with our graphics designer studio. They are guests and don't have a monday.com account, but we found that this is the best way to work with them - we can share files, follow the steps of each task and search tasks from the past.

Pros

  • Integrating with other platforms such as Google Drive
  • The fact that there is a friendly using App
  • Guest users!

Cons

  • PDFs are not always presented fast on the App
  • It's not Hebrew friendly, and jump to left to right..
  • The price is high
  • It improved all of our workflow with the design studio we get service from.
  • Saves us email... !
The ui ux experience is great.
I don't use the designed templates cause I felt like they are not helping and not suitable for our use.
However, building a new board was easy and clear.
I hardly needed support and found answers to questions on the FAQ
I don't have experience much in using similar platforms, ao i can't really compare to anything else, but I feel that monday.com is a good tool for our team since it allows us to open new tasks, with guest users something, and the fact that it's integrated into Google Drive, which is a major tool for us, makes it easier and clearer for everyone from our team.

The ui/ux experience is wonderful. Easy to view and management tasks even with several users involved. The integrations to Google Drive is very useful.
