I have set up several templates for other users and very easy once you know what to do like anything. I love it.
I would like more real time one on one if a tech via chat cannot help me instead of emails going back and forth with different support members from monday.com. I would just like to talk to someone directly.
Superior performance over other stand alone interfaces I have used and this has increased our productivity.
