Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
At any one time, I have more than 5 projects assigned to me. monday.com has allowed the entire organization to effectively collaborate without the need for frequent, time consuming, and often unproductive meetings. Prior to our full adoption of monday.com, there was a disconnection between the account management, and the projects teams. This lead to project over-runs due to miscommunication between the two departments, which meant added risk to the projects at hand. With monday.com, we have visibility on all our projects and are able to mitigate any risk before hand.
- Central location to update all our projects.
- The integration with other third-party applications such as Slack is seamless.
- User interface, and general flow of the portal is easy to use and manage.
- The service is always available, with minimum to no downtime ever since I started using it.
- The spelling correction feature sometime takes a while to identify and highlight any errors in my grammar.
- The Main workspace bar on the left should allow for categorizing of the dashboards. For example, it would be nice to be able to assign a unique color folder.
- An option to pin and move around the folders and highlight them would help. Currently, I have to scroll all the way down on our folder list in order to get to my main workspace.
- Time savings: We have very few meetings thanks to monday.com.
- Each project manager and technical resource have full access to each of the projects on hand.
- The setup and on boarding of new users to the system is seamless, and requires minimal time to complete. Users find it easy to use the system and engage.
As mentioned in the previous answer, I myself have only had one issue with monday.com, and this was due to Cloud Flare going down if I am not mistaken. Other that, the application is always accessible, and usable without issue.
