Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use monday.com for project management, mainly for myself. It was originally meant to be used for more people in our company, but many use Trello instead. I like the UI of the app and also the customizability of the workflow within the app. The automations are helpful and make it easy to create templates, etc.

I think the flexibility within the app is great and performs as advertised. I think many of the features that are only available through higher-tiered pricing should be inherent of base pricing features (like being able to have private boards, for security/sensitive information keeping). More integrations with other apps could be helpful as well.

Support Rating

I've only had to utilize their support on a couple occasions, but the team was responsive within the chat platform. The resolution I was looking for was not available within the app so the support attempt itself was moot, but the service level was as expected.

Reliability & Availability

I've only experienced downtime from monday.com on one occasion, and it was because of a larger, well-known AWS server issue that had affected many companies/platforms in that time period. I use the native app vs the browser version, which sometimes takes a little longer to load.

I believe the customization allowed within the UI makes it easy to be able to manage very specific tasks that require certain pieces of information inherent of the task. Some of the larger views are not as intuitive as they could be and the flexibility between the different views could use some work.
