Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Moodle is what it is. It's cost-effective and it gets the job done. You are not getting a Cadilac when you get Moodle and can find a lot more options when you look at other LMS's but it gets the job done. Overall, if you are looking for something that will not break the bank and will deliver training to learners, its the way to go.

Totara LMS and LatitudeLearning

Really all of the low-cost LMS offerings are about the same. You are getting what you pay for. You can spend a little money and a lot of time customizing it to meet your brand and your need or you can buy a higher-end LMS that already does a lot of what you need.

This depends on who you buy it through and who is hosting it. Alternatively, you can also spend a lot of time online learning how to do the stuff on your own. There is a wealth of information online from people who have done it in the past. You just have to be determined to find it.
