Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

NetSuite ERP is used to support our financials including making journal entries, recording transactions and preparing financial statements. This product is helpful to support our record keeping and compliance as it maintains effective audit trails. Further, the saved search feature is often used to develop reporting that helps to support management objectives. Our organization also uses NetSuite ERP for PO tracking.

NetSuite ERP was already used when i joined the organization. However, i have found that the basic functions are easy to learn on your own through trial and error. I do believe some more advanced training would be beneficial to me as i'm certain there are many capabilities that i am not yet utilizing. Overall, i am happy with NetSuite ERP for the purposes i use it for. Particularly, how easy it is to access live data anywhere.

Would you buy NetSuite ERP again?

I feel that the basic functions and interface are easy to use and interpret. I enjoy the saved search feature and audit trail. I'd enjoy taking on some more in depth learning. However, i do feel gaining a basic use and understanding of the ERP is quite obtainable through the easy to interpret interface.
Cost benefit would be imperative to determine if your organization is large enough to support this ERP. I think NetSuite ERP is well suited for automation and interfacing with other applications. Depending on the tech stack you have, make sure that NetSuite ERP will appropriately integrate to help optimize process and procedures. I think NetSuite ERP is less suited if you have a very small organization.
