NetSuite is overall a really great product as long as you have a trusted and knowledgeable consultant to work with

It's easy to use for me since I'm experienced now, but it can be overwhelming for new users.

I have never been satisfied with NetSuite support. I dread opening a support case. NetSuite support never reads my first message. They always ask questions that can be answered by readying my initial message. Their responses can take days. They usually don't understand the issue or platform enough to help with just a few emails.

It's perfect for medium to large businesses. Combining everything into one platform makes it less complicated for users and admins.
