Much better/more sophisticated with the option to configure many more features. Also nice with all the 3rd party options available.

Easy to use intuitive user interface cloud based so it is available everywhere secure on Oracle’s cloud infrastructure the user interface could need an upgrade in my opinion.
In my experience, the respond back quickly but if it is a complicated question they are very slow to escalate to the proper resource
Smaller organizations that are growing fast especially if they sell products and manage inventory
organizations with older tech stack and disparate systems and modules i from different platforms
