Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We currently have close to 50 offices, all that use Nexitva. We are constantly receiving and making calls to customers, as well as calls between each of our offices. The beauty of Nextiva is it replaced 50 different phones systems, to one big phone system. You want to talk to someone in another office, just dial their extension, or press the button next to their name. Plus its all internet based so no more PRI or analog phone lines to deal with, or static calls.
- phone administration is really easy with their web interface. Change names, phone numbers or extensions with just a few clicks.
- Receive calls across multiple devices, with the ability to switch the device during a phone call to another device.
- Nextiva support if you need them has responded to your issue within an hour via email or address it right away by calling support.
- If you have multiple offices that all need to be billed separately, it would be nice to have a portal where you can see all the bills with one login.
- It would be nice if the nextiva fax portal you could drag an attachment from an email to fax without saving it to your computer first.
- VOIP based system with no 3rd party phone line carriers needed.
- Customization of auto attendants, and call groups for each location and department.
- Work from anywhere, with the ability to take calls in or out of the office.
- While Nextiva isn't cheap, we have saved money by eliminating all of our POTS lines, and PRI's from 3rd party carriers.
- To be able to scale on the fly makes new office setup a breeze. Lead time is only a few weeks at most if we want to open a new office, this includes custom auto attendant setup.
- As the Telecommunications admin for the company it is super easy for me to administer all of our offices from one web portal.

Other VOIP systems may be similar in functionality. The most notable thing that sets them apart is the single interface to manage all of our phones across all of our locations. Also the dedicated support staff assigned just to my company makes a huge difference. If i want a response within an hour for non pressing issues i can email my dedicated support staff, or if I need immediate assistance I can call our support staff and get help right away.
