Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
It is the main product/service used for handling the phone and text messaging (SMS) communication between clients and my business. I use a physical desk phone, desktop app and mobile app.
- Reliable service

- Design & layout of desktop app
- Mobile app
- Ability to send files via SMS and improve quality of pictures
- Ability to block unwanted/spam calls and texts
- Make sending and receiving faxes less complicated
- Ability to use desk phone, pc or smart phone with product
- Reliability & Quality of Service
- Call flow & management
- Reasonable Price for the Service and Product
- Charges for plugins and other additions do not always make sense
- Ooma Office and 8x8 Express (discontinued)
The main reasons why I switched to Nextiva from these other providers are some of the features including: better call flow/management options, better customer service/support, and more premium design/layout. It was also similarly priced. I did have to trade a few things for others since Nextiva does not have all of the features that these other products had.
