Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

It is our primary phone system for our offices. Receive calls, route to voicemail, forward to cellphones when working remote. Conference calls in individual offices and in group meetings to augment videoconferencing. This was the solution we choose to replace outdated equipment that was over 10 years old and wanted to outsource the infrastructure for the phone system.

  • Place calls from contacts within Nextiva Business Phone Service and other contacts
  • Allow programming of speed dial on desktop
  • Screens are too shiny and reflect overhead light
  • Simpler GUI, less steps to do things like forward phone, one button perhaps
  • Greatly reduced the cost of service
  • Removed the need for IT intervention for equipment
  • Removed the need for professional call center
  • All the above inrease net profit

Any company that has multiple offices either within the same building or geopraphical region. If your company wants an automated solution to call handling to replace either a receptionist or a professional call answering center, this would be a good solution. Also, if like us, you wish to outsource the phone server infrastructure, this is a good solution.
