Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne

The best part about NinjaOne is RMM, the control of update schedules for ALL OS types across our org is bar non the most important, aspect. secondly would be remote terminal/CMD support. Thirdly- in house/ fully customizable ticketing. then the fact that this is all in one management window.
  • Multi OS Supprt
  • Python script support.
  • self made ticketing system.
  • remote connection right in web browser.
  • SysTray ticketing needs some customization. IE remove phone number, or Email, auto detect device from Agent.
  • Automation in ticketing could be more intuitive for reviewing what is in place.
  • more support for Linux, remote connections, and initial setup.

  • Powershell scripting.
  • NinjaOne was 20% cheaper than the competitor we were using, with 200% more features that were useful instead of buzz word convience.
