Overall Satisfaction with Omnipresent

We use Omnipresent as our EOR for about a dozen employees in Canada. They oversee benefits, payroll, taxes, and employee compliance needs for our company.
  • Payroll Administration.
  • Country-specific compliance.
  • Benefits Administration.
  • Response to needs - customer support.
  • Payroll deadlines.
  • Benefits.
  • Payroll
  • Compliance.
  • Less administrative burden.
  • Ease in tax, and payroll filings.
There is about the same cost.ROI from Deel vs Omnipresent, we are possibly migrating over to Deel as we already have international contractors (not EOR) through Deel so helpful to have them all on one platform.

Do you think Omnipresent delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Omnipresent's feature set?

No

Did Omnipresent live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Omnipresent go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Omnipresent again?

Yes

We are a small organization, so we have lots of workforce changes (titles, job description changes, payroll changes, bonuses needed to be paid), and our main gripe with Omnipresent is the payroll deadlines are way in advance (so if there is a change more than likely it will need to be retried and sometimes not received for a pay cycle or two). Also, they have done some updates to their portal, but they are not very efficient with the workforce changes we have; much of it needs to be updated outside of the system (as the system doesn't allow those changes). And lastly, the support/customer service is subpar, mainly just due to delays in communication or getting answers, as it seems each team within the Omnipresent do not collaborate well (for example payroll team can take a week to answer a question our account rep has asked internally).
