Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 for just our department. It helps us keep our webinars engaging to those who watch them. We do hundreds of webinars a year and we try to make them stand out. ON24 allows us to add interactive elements to our presentations.

- They are always listening to the end users' feedback on how to improve their platform. I love that they roll new features or enhancements out quarterly.
- Very interactive audience console that keeps their attention longer than just watching slides move on a screen.
- Their main webinar console view is a little cumbersome. They list all webinars in a scrolling list and it's hard to sort which have been completed vs. those that are coming up. They are making enhancements to this and it will be better soon.
- Their reporting options could be more robust. No option to aggregate multiple events together. Can only report out on single sessions.
We don't have any database or marketing integrations currently but we do use the Zapier integrations for productivity improvements.

ON24 has lots of customization on both the audience and presenters sides. We can use all the additional features to make our webinars more appealing to our audience. ON24 is also great and constantly understanding changing business needs in the industry and updating their platform to make things simpler.

1 - Webinar producer. Just really need to know how to use the platform inside and out so you are able to troubleshoot any issues and be able to use all the great features that ON24 has.

Product Features - we had specific ideas in mind that we wanted in a platform to help us stand out in the industry and also allow us to have a scalable program.
We did a very extensive vetting process of multiple platforms. I don't think I would change how we did it. Being able to test the systems before hand was a big player in which platform we were going to choose.

I thought it was very easy to pick up. They also have a very useful Knowledge Center document that you are able to look up anything you need to know about the platform.

No - We don't because we have our own IT team that can help us troubleshoot any issues that our Webinar Manager can't.
There was a few features that they didn't currently have on their platform that many clients had thought would be a great addition. ON24 listen to their clients and started to work on the development of it. They were able to actually release the updates in a very quick time frame.

Yes - Very well, I have used it a few times and like it. It can be difficult to put a webinar layout onto a mobile but they have figured it out and display it in a nice and easy to use format.
