Overall Satisfaction with ON24
I use ON24 differently than many of you. I interview authors about their books. This is a great way to interact with our audience. There is no funnel-like in a bigger sales plan. This is just a great way to let people hear a bit about the book directly from the author. I also take the opportunity to let the audience know about other books, webinars, and OSV products.
- Stability of the program
- Ability to brand the webinars
- Constant improvements and updates
- I'd like to be able to make the slides smaller in the presenter bridge
- Would love to not have to download each webinar into MP4 file to save it
- Wish I could correct a slide without having to re-upload the entire slide show
- We have added huge numbers to our database from webinar attendees
- Engagement is way up
- We are able to let people know about other parts of our business
Since we don't use our webinars in a traditional way, this is hard to answer. I definitely get to know the attendees and have even gotten cards in the mail from them!
Oh, my goodness. When we first started using ON24, we didn't even turn the cameras on! It was just slides and voices. So much better with video now. Calls to action are impactful for us as well.
So much more flexible. So many ways to brand. Call to Action is invaluable, and so wonderful to be able to attach documents.
