Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System

We currently use the Optimizely Content Management System for our Intranet CMS.
  • Ease of development and customization
  • Ease of workflow and approval process
  • Add CMS tools that perform simple tasks to prevent having to write custom code
  • Improve the interface when dealing the the find index
  • It does have bloat for what we are using it for. However, we are in the process of expanding our content to utilize all the features.
Was not there for the initial release.
It is much more intuitive and easily customizable.

The number of built-in layouts. There have been times when the marketing needed quick implementation of content and we were able to produce it quickly.

The only issue I've really come across is certain plugins don't always work as intended and require additional customization.

Not involved in the purchasing process.
We were having a problem with content not going to the trashcan when removed. The support staff had a call with me, and I was able to duplicate the issue. He then escalated the problem to the development staff.
