Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation

I use Optimizely Web Experimentation and personalisation in the organisation to run A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, personalisation tests to segment users and target specific groups of users. I use this to improve conversion rates across the business in multiple areas. By using web experimentation, I and the wider team understand user behaviours and get an understanding of how people operate and interact with the website.

Optimizely Web Experimentation is highly scalable and flexible. The platform is designed to cater to the needs of multiple organisations, including large enterprises with multiple departments and sites. It allows me to run experiments on different websites and applications simultaneously, manage user traffic efficiently, and handle large volumes of data.
The company has been impacted massively, continuous testing means continuous data and learnings. Implementations are key and all teams are well aware of the impact AB testing, personalisation and multi-armed bandit testing has on the site.
I love Optimizely Web Experimentation, although it can sometimes be a little clunky when previewing built tests and QA'ing tests. They could also improve on their redirects to minimise flicker.
