Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation
We primarily use the tool to augment digital marketing efforts - optimizing experiences to improve conversion rates. It allows us to get to market quicker with experience tests, utilizing less resources, and build upon trustworthy results with each iteration. We execute 40+ tests annually.
- It's fairly easy to use without much formal training.
- The event tracking wasn't as intuitive to me as other tools we've used in the past and required assistance from developers.
- A few more definitions of fields on the page itself would be helpful - specifically URL match - I don't understand the different between simple and exact match.
- The specificity that we can target audiences with an experience has been huge.
Giving someone like me without a design or technical background the tools to make things quickly has been a game changer and changed my career path.
