Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Once up and running it's fairly user-friendly, new users always need to be shown the ropes though. Its UX hasn't impacted adoption at all. Everyone loves it here and it's been used to book a huge amount of meetings for our team. ROI has been the best we've ever used for a platform like this.
It's being used by our BDR team for outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads.

Pros

  • Task automation
  • Sales enablement, showing us best outbound prospecting practices
  • Organises your day

Cons

  • Meetings feature doesn't work completely perfectly. Users can open a suggested time and choose any slot in my calendar, even if busy.
  • The fonts changing is very hit and miss.
I don't generate any reports within Outreach. We push activity events into Salesforce dashboards (calls per day, emails per day, tasks per day, meetings booked etc).

Andrew Henningsen is the man. CSM team are incredibly generous with their time. The sales/prospecting insights they share are incredibly useful and have delivered real results. The tips and strategies they share save time, book more meetings and make using the platform as easy and frictionless as possible.
[It's] great for BDR teams to prospect en masse and personalise at scale. [It's] less well suited for SEs who don't need to manage as many tasks and therefore don't need the automation as much.
