Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We are using it for our customer service and sales development departments. It helps us run automated campaigns to prospects we are going after whether that is to new clients or to sell additional products to existing clients.
Pros
- Automation of Email Campaigns
- Tasks - allowing you to see what you have to do that day to move things forward with a prospect/client
- Customer Support
Cons
- Not everything is intuitive - some menus are hidden, a lot of steps to set up a sequence
I personally do not generate any reporting with Outreach. As a manager of a team, it is nice to have access to what your team is doing to track calls/emails sent/tasks completed etc.
- It has allowed me to set up two large meetings and all I had to do was run the people through the email sequences.
- Frees up my time from having to send the same email to different people.
The customer success team is nothing but exceptional at Outreach! They are always willing to hop on and help you no matter how small the question. They also "eat their own dog food" so to speak. They use their technology which helps improve it every day but they also can teach their clients best practices that they have discovered along the way.
