Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used by the Sales Team (Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, and Product specialists) in both a pre and post sales capacity. It allows users to save time from a communication standpoint.
Pros
- Multi-touch sequencing of sales activity
- Integration with Salesforce
- Nice dashboards and reporitng
- Impressive release schedule
Cons
- Inability to change the order of steps in a sequence if the sequence is active is difficult
Weekly call volume reports mainly, just to keep track of activity.
- It is difficult to quantify, but speed to contact new inbound leads is up
- Speed of contact can help with lead conversion
- It would stand to reason that with improved conversions, the pipeline grew and ultimately more opportunities closed since engagement happened early on
We haven't worked with them enough which is our fault. When they did do calls with us it helped identify new features in the product.
- More features, InsideSales is just purely a dialer.
- Outreach has a much more complete feature set.
