Our entire sales department uses Outreach. We use Outreach for email automation, templates, success rate tracking, and call automation.

Outreach has more reliable tracking, additional features and the ease of use was better
Outreach is well suited for any high volume sales department. There are many features that can be utilized by different role types whether you are a sales executive or in business development. Outreach is less appropriate for account management roles or organizations with low touch sales needs.
