Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Manage all documents from lead generation and contract management to final stage agreements
  • very user friendly
  • easy to add and remove contributors
  • great for stylistic uniformity in documents
  • even after most recent major update, occasionally have trouble finding correct line breaks between pages in longer documents

Templates are excellent, easy "sharability" is excellent. The system is very intuitive for new users (contract recipients) who have not yet been exposed to PandaDoc or any other similar platform. They catch on quickly with PandaDoc.
mobil-friend eSignature is excellent. Typically end-users outside the company contact me by separate email rather than using the comment feature; they may be confused or are not noticing the Comment features provided.
Consistent, clean look across all of the different templates we use.
