Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

We use PanTerra Streams for external and internal communications. It has the ability to have different phones for different departments. We use PanTerra Streams to communicate with clients and the outside world. It is a convenient service because we have multiple phone numbers but we have an option of having all of the phones ring at once, no matter what number is being called in case someone is unavailable to answer their line.

Whenever I have contacted support, it has been very efficient and helpful. They usually will fix whatever you're asking them to fix on their end, which is helpful because the system isn't very intuitive or user-friendly in my opinion. It's a big learning curve.
The training was kind of poor on PanTerra Streams' system. There are a lot of things I do not know how to change or fix on my own and, unfortunately, the training was confusing. I am technologically inclined, but the training was confusing and the interface isn't very intuitive.
We do not use any of these features.
We used 8x8 and that was not great. We just got away from another service that was kind of a nightmare last year.

PanTerra Streams is well suited for a small company like ours that is planning on scaling up. We have different numbers for different departments, but because we are a small company, one or two people are in charge of multiple departments. Therefore we are able to manage 5 phones all at once because they all ring at once and can be answered from any phone. This is an option that has been implemented. When we scale up, we will not have all the phones ring at once and each department will be responsible for its own phone.

Using PanTerra Networks

11 - Administration, flight crew, and maintenance. We use the phones for outbound/ inbound customer calls, as well as communicating within the building to one another. The direct lines make it easy to communicate with the person you are trying to reach, but the feature where you are able to have all the phones ring at once in case someone is not at their desk is super helpful for answering any number on any phone.
1 - This set up is super intuitive and easy to manage. We only have one person managing the phone system because that is truly all we need.

Because it is a really easy and reliable program to use. We are two years into our three year contract and it is the best switch we have made program wise throughout our company.
