Paychex Flex Makes Payroll Very Easy!

Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I use Paychex Flex for three client organizations when processing payroll. It makes payroll 10 times easier and Taxpay also takes care of the tax filings too.

Positively - Quarterly reports mostly - Standard - Love that Taxpay automatically files and reports appear with no effort from me!
No one is perfect, and although mistakes happen, we have had a few issues with some of the payroll specialists that did not have enough training.

It's pretty easy to use, but every once in a while, I run into a problem. Overall usability is great!
For payroll purposes, Paychex Flex works well for all three clients of mine. It's pretty easy and I do like the ability to change the layout so match my own needs.
