Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I am the administrator for the company - We use it for Payroll, Onboarding and HRS services. It definitely saves me time in all areas. When processing payroll it only takes me about 5 minutes to complete and when there is a new employee, I am able to just send them an invite and they are able to process all onboarding PPW before they even start working for us. I am using the HRS for creating our company handbook and they are available to answer and HR questions from how to handle certain situations to getting good forms to use as a company. The company has been working with them for the past 20 years and when I came on 5 years ago, I have not found a reason to even consider changing a systems that is working great for us. I have only expanded on how we use it. I would highly recommend Paychex Flex to all companies.

  • Each feature has a different contact person, it is hard to manage on my side.

  • Onboarding process is very simple
Whenever I an issue and need to call into support - They are always quick to respond and usually they already have a solution. There are times when I email them instead of call and they are very fast with getting back to me with an answer.

The usability of Paychex Flex has always been an easy flow - The dashboard on the admin side is very helpful and when changes or notifications occur it is easily visible and very hard to miss. The dashboard on the user side is also easy for even our non-techy employees and they are able to use.
Paychex Flex has assisted in processing payroll when we were running late and if we had to add an extra run for unforeseen circumstances. The customer service always does all it can to help in any situation that comes up.
