Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Paychex Flex to run our bi-weekly payroll and to keep up with our payroll accounting, payroll taxes and our worker's comp insurance.

Pros and Cons

Makes our life easy! It takes only minutes to do our payroll!
We do not have to worry about our Workers Comp payments!
All of our payroll taxes are filed for us!

Make it easier to add a "Bonus" and label it as such on the paycheck.
A simple one-click step to add or change a person's salary.

Return on Investment

It has decreased the time required to do payroll from an hour or more to about five minutes!
We were able to put our Workers Comp with PayChex so that is also all taken care of for us!

I have not used the reporting - We are such a small business that we do not need that much reporting. We also have another service that is more related to our profession that we use for the bulk of our reports.

Support Rating

The few times I have ever needed anything or had a question, it was taken care of quickly via the phone.
